Project Overview: A local requirement for specialised social homes drove an assessment of options, and the preferred option was a new block of 16 specialised supported living units for local adults with care and support needs.

The site is extremely well-located, being within a 10-12 min walk of a thriving city centre whilst sitting within a mature and natural screen. Public transport is 2-minute walk of public transport, and regional NHS hospitals and healthcare facilities with 5-minute walk

The building is designed for enhanced energy efficiency, meaning reduced energy bills for tenants.16 self-contained 1-bed flats for adults with learning disabilities and/or autistic adults. Ground floor flats with private garden spaces. Inside and outside communal spaces. Dedicated on-site staff/office space for tenant safety and support. Level access throughout, including lift. Assistive technology enabled.

Coral Role: Full end-to-end role. Originate project, validate need, source site, identify parties, construct commercial terms, develop design brief/options, submit a planning application. Act locally with Master Developer/Fund on mobilisation, construction, and delivery
