Development Projects

We typically work with clients who have their own development and construction capability.

They prefer that Coral leads and oversees the sector specialist origination and structuring stages, up to and including a deliverable planning permission.

Following planning, the project becomes more of a traditional development project. At this point clients would typically lead the project themselves through to delivery. 

Our clients include; developers (new build and conversion), care providers, local authorities, funds/investors, and landowners.
