Project Overview: Guide and support a first time SSH developer to deliver a successful conversion and new build extension project for 5 new self-contained flats and staff space in a city centre location.

Coral Role: Act as on-call adviser to the Developer. Challenge and negotiate exempt rent levels, define building requirements, structure commercials and legals, negotiate commercial lease terms.

Outcome: Successful delivery of key commercial and legal documents, for hand over to project building contractor.
