Project Overview: Advise a residential developer on conversion of a wonderful listed church for specialised supported housing.

Coral Role: Confirm need with council, confirm designs, and viability for specialised housing

Outcome: Very sadly, the Care Quality Commission chose not to support the scheme, as it did not meet the local office preference for ‘normal homes in normal streets’. As a result, the project was progressed as open market residential accommodation.
