Coral Living was set up by a small team with strong leadership experience in the design and delivery of world-class hospitals. After a public listing of the hospital business, the Coral founders decided to focus on Specialised Supported Housing in the UK.

It became clear that there is a massive national shortage of suitable homes for adults who need daily care and support to live independently.

The lack of specialised housing in the UK means far too many people live in limiting or unsuitable homes.

Coral works on projects that require creative solutions to realise benefits for all. This may include sustainable design, innovative commissioning solutions, or commercial structures that enable rent levels to be kept as low as possible.
