Coral Living was set up by a small team who had previously designed and delivered world-class hospitals. After a listing of the hospital business, the founding team switched their focus to Specialised Supported Housing.

It soon became clear that there is a massive national shortage of suitable homes for adults who need care and support to live independently.

Coral's aim was, and still is, to help address this acute shortage of suitable homes.

After several years delivering a range of SSH projects and learning about the intricacies of the sector, Coral has realised that it can achieve more by sharing this hard-won expertise and knowledge with others.

Now, Coral works with developers, landowners, councils, care providers, or anyone who is considering delivering an SSH scheme, or is facing project issues. Coral helps to fill gaps in knowledge and experience, or can simply provide additional expert resource to your teams.
