Project Overview: Draft and submit a proposal to County Council Commissioners for 14 self-contained 1-bed bungalows and flats for adults with learning disabilities in an identified town centre location.

Coral Role: Act on behalf of the Developer to validate scope of need, economics and funding requirements. Identify a preferred care operator partner. Discuss and agree exempt rent levels with the Housing Benefit Officer. Submit a tender to County Commissioners for supported living services in a particular site location.

Outcome: Formal tender submission drafted and submitted within the deadline. Rent levels pre-agreed with Housing Benefit to underpin commercial viability. Council fully accepted proposals for this new development
