We oversee development projects end-to-end. We manage every stage, or selected stages, depending on client needs.
Example stages might include land sourcing, project origination, commercial structuring, design, planning, legal, construction, funding, commissioning, and final delivery.
We work with:

- masterplan developers to add value through mixed use supported living
- councils to deliver against special housing needs
- planning advisers to enhance planning messages/applications with mixed use and s106 solutions
- care providers to deliver specific accommodation needs in target locations
We can take planning risk on selected projects. Beyond planning approval project fees are based on milestone delivery.
Consultancy & Advisory
We have deep expertise in housing with care and support. Our team and partners have a full range of specialist skills and knowledge, including consultancy project delivery experience. Projects may include demand assessment, market entry, location analysis, land sourcing, commissioning, regulatory, planning, specialist design, commercial structuring, legal, financial, investment, etc.
We work with:
- care providers - new market entry, site search, project viability, outsourced development options
- landowners - land viability assessment, land valuations, project viability, demand assessment, commissioning support
- councils - local health and social care requirements, and development briefing
- retirement living operators - land valuation, co-located development viability, council and planning support assessment
Each advisory project is different and based on the needs of a client or partner.
Project fees are typically milestone or deliverable based.
